7. Refund Policy

Due to the instant accessibility of digital content, all sales of downloadable resources, digital training programs, and online coaching services are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or files have been downloaded. 10. Athlete Responsibility

As a user or participant, you assume full personal responsibility for:

11. Intellectual Property

All content hosted on or distributed through STRYVK—including but not limited to training programs, PDFs, text, graphics, logos, images, video tutorials, workout methodologies, and branding assets—is the sole intellectual property of STRYVK and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

12. Individual End-User License

When you purchase a program or resource from STRYVK, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal licence to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use. Purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright of any material to you.

13. Prohibited Uses & Anti-Piracy

You explicitly agree that you shall not:

  • Resell, license, rent, share, or redistribute any STRYVK content or PDFs.

STRYVK reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and revoke access to all purchased materials, without prior notice or refund, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms.
  • You engage in piracy, intellectual property theft, or unauthorized file distribution.
  • You initiate an unauthorized payment dispute or fraudulent chargeback.
